We pick the layout, you pick the finishes from a limited range of options, or use our preselected finishes.
You can select the following:

- Paint selection
- Fixture package
- Electric and plumbing
- Hardware
- Flooring
- Upgraded selections will be change orders
We do full custom.
You pick absolutely everything, starting with a floorplan and style your exterior as you prefer. We build your design.
