You pick absolutely everything, starting with a floorplan and style your exterior as you prefer. We build your design.

Who we are
Pecan Creek Resources, Inc. came about as a second-generation design build company in Waco, Texas which evolved from our original building and design company, Douglas Walker Companies, Inc., in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We started building custom homes in 1991. Our emphasis has always been to create excellent designs to meet our clients’ desires, and to build a home for them with high quality workmanship and attention to detail. Coming out of a commercial architectural background, we have always emphasized creativity in our design work. We emphasize green building practices, and strive to build our homes in budget and on schedule.
